Rodely Italis is a certified fitness and nutritional specialist. As a Track and Field athlete, he learned that it is not how you start the race, but it’s how you finish it. He brings that mentality to his training. He is driven to help individuals change their lives through nutrition and fitness. He has years of experience training a multitude of clients achieve a wide variety of goals including weight loss, marathons, improved physical fitness, and improved physique. He uses Progressive Body weight movement band Animal flow to get his clients in the best shape of their lives!
Rodely’'s areas of interest include weight loss, functional training, sports conditioning and assisting individuals with improper body mechanics. He is a strong advocate for self-health, training with a purpose and overall wellness. Rodely believes that there must be a balance between exercise and nutrition in wellness programs to mitigate health risks. He believes that creating a healthier body takes a commitment to making lifestyle adjustments and he wants to support clients achievements whether it’s running your first marathon or competing at sport events.
One of Rodely’s fundamental philosophies as a trainer is helping someone learn proper health and fitness techniques and how to integrate them into daily life. He believes that the key to a successful training regiment is making each fitness plan functional for clients so that they can accomplish their goals!
